My step dad has been there 6 days as of today and a staff member tells him he is a, “pain in the a**” twice then wait until i get there tomorrow ma’am.. Im sorry ma’am but you get paid to be bothered! If you are bothered for doing your job then ma’am please find a different job and a different position. Im sure if your boss doesnt know by Monday then your bosses boss will definitely know. You get paid to do your job so please either change your performance and attitude or it might get done for you.

If so, then Im sure there are others that will be notified.

Please, please do not take anyone there. The care is terrible. A friend of mine was there for over a month—his final month of life. They wouldn’t attend to him; when he needed help getting to the bathroom, it would take them two hours to come. Because of that, he developed an infection. Even after we reported it, the doctors never went to see him. We had to take him to the hospital, but it was too late; we lost him a week later. He had gone in for therapy, but we lost him due to the poor care at that facility. Please do not take your family there; the staff is horrible.

I personally had a great experience there. I went in after my hip replacement for almost 2 weeks. Every interaction I had with the caretakers, nurses, therapists even activities and maintenance were warm and welcoming! When I felt up to it there was always something available for me to participate in. Even a little in-house store if I wanted any snacks. I even partook in a shampoo & haircuts (one of the best I’ve had btw) in the in-house salon! If I ever have a need, I will be choosing Sandridge again!

My mom had to attend their SNF program due to falling at home many times. During her time there, PT would come in, get her into a chair, and leave her for an hour, if not more, at a time alone. They did not do exercises with her, and as a max assist patient, left her to complete them herself. The cafeteria workers would also come and leave her dinner on a table, out of arms reach, and come back 10 mins later and take it away. They marked my mom down as “refused to eat” when she was not given the help she needed to eat the food but was also on a soft food diet, due to swallowing issues. Because she wasn’t eating, her doctor ordered a calorie supplement drink to be given at each meal time, sometimes she wouldn’t get that for days. Other time, she would be left with no diaper on. When we went to ask why that was, the nurse said “she took it off herself” which would be impossible for her to do as a max assist patient. Lots of times when we went to the nurses with questions and issues, we were told “that’s not my problem, it’s someone elses”. My mom was depressed the whole time she was a patient so we requested the therapy dog make a visit to her room, not once did they visit or anybody come talk to my mom. Since her leaving the facility (we took her out), I have called numerous times asking to discuss the care that was given to her while she was there with the Director of nursing, and I have been told “they aren’t in at the moment” and “I don’t know when they will be available, I don’t know their schedule”, and have not received a call back. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Great place and staff is amazing!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Please beware of this facility. The staff is not welcoming, my mom’s nurse was literally the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. There is absolutely nothing good about this place. Oh and it reaks of urine.

My mom has been here less than 12 hours. Has been given wrong meds and told to pee herself. This is a real review not like the fake ones I read. Do not send your love ones here. Picking my mom up ASAP

It’s a nice place, the staff is good, makes me feel like I am at home, I am comfortable and everybody is nice to me

They’re doing a wonderful job, the team is helping me with therapy, the social worker team is helping me with personal affairs and getting me back on my feet! Everyone is super friendly, my roommate is fun and we get along!

My mother had excellent care. The nursing, therapy, and activities were wonderful and very caring. I highly recommend Sandridge.

NIGHTMARE!! Beware, do not allow your loved ones to get sucked into this hell hole! I was there for three weeks a year ago and would rather DIE than go back!!!!!

I work with Hospice and we love working with Sandridge. They do an amazing job taking care of our patients. The activities director goes above and beyond for the residents. She is always thinking of creative ways to include all residents and make them feel at home. Debbie and the Sandridge team are amazing!!!

My aunt is staying at Sandridge, the nurses taker care of her well and kindly, she has a sweet old lady as a roommate and even with a few hiccups, she is overall happy! We’re grateful with how attentive staff has been so far.

Really astute nursing staff and very friendly. Enjoy my stay here very much!

I had a wonderful experience here, for my mother. The staff took very good care of my mother and would recommend if you want your loved one cared for.
