1:30 am and no one is available to take my call? If my loved one is there I should be able to get a status update! She’s not even there yet. I called 1. To see if anyone would answer and 2. If I could get midnight updates. Im ticked!!! Not one person answered the phone. 😡

I was at Sandridge for almost 2 months but i would never go back they lost my clothes 3 times the food was awful and the staff stole some of my groceries that was in my closet most of the time staff is vary nice and they address your needs but some of the staff does not I thought when I read the reviews that they would be a good choice but it turned out to be a vary bad decision so if you’re looking for a nice place to go to for Gods sake’s don’t go there you will regret it

I was at Sandridge for 1 and a half months and i would never go back again they lost my clothes 3 times the food was horrible and the staff stole my food out of my room most of the staff was very nice and friendly but i had some staff that just walked away when I needed help I thought when I read the reviews that it was going to be a nice place but it turned out to be really bad it’s really sad i went to Mission Palms and it was a very nice place way better than Sandridge rehab thats for sure
I had to come to Sandridge to receive PICC line antibiotics and PT, OT following major surgery on my leg. The staff here are really friendly and kind. Multiple daily activities and outdoor patios keep you from going stir-crazy. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to come.

Had a great call in from a family that had their mother at Sandridge Post Acute. The family had the best things to say about Travis Smith being the go to guy if they needed anything, they can count on Travis and his team.Thank you for being you Travis.

Debbie at sandridge post acute is the activities director. I have witnessed her going above and beyond for the residents, keeping the store stocked up an doing arts and crafts with everyone. She is great an sandridge should never allow her to retire. There should be a plaque made honoring her work an mount it on the wall so visitors can see it when they arrive.

The activity team is really productive and really engaging with the residents. The therapy team is really good with the residents as well. Assisting and encouraging them to walk and be more independent.

This place is awesome and the workers are so welcoming and informative. RJ is such a sweetheart. The activities they plan are great. I’m glad it’s always busy. They deserve all the business.

I had a very positive experience with Sandridge Post Acute. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. From the nurses to the support team, everyone treats patients with respect and kindness. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are patient, encouraging, and focused on helping their residents. I highly recommend Sandridge Post Acute to anyone looking for a reliable and caring nursing home in the Mesa area.

My grandfather had a wonderful stay here. As a veteran he received excellent care and support. They offer veterans activities and barbecues to show their appreciation of their military service!

Thank you for taking care of my grandfather!
They literally dumped my brother at a drug rehab facility after altcs was denied. They did not let the rehab know that he has a brain injury and he cannot communicate and is cognitively impaired. The rehab turned him away and dumped him at the ER which turned out to be a good thing, since they ran his tests and his sodium was dangerously low as a result of the brain injury. But he was at sandridge for 6 weeks and they did not administer his sodium or make sure to give his special diet. He would have died of he stayed there another day, he would have died after they dumped him. If you have a choice for yourself or loved one’s care STAY AWAY FROM SANDRIDGE!

My son was sent to Sand Ridge from Cottonwood, about 2 hours away. He was supposed to get physical Therapy, which never happened not even one time. He was there close to two months. Now my son is a very large man 6’9″ and 300+ lbs. He has a custom made power chair for him to get around. Unbelievable, but, someone there in the facility stole one of the footrests off of it. He reported it to several employees and all he gets is, “we’ll keep our eye out for it”. He has sent been brought up here closer to his home and he still is missing his footrest. I have tried to call the facility with the number from their website and the phone doesn’t even ring ,it just immediately puts me on hold. I think the facility should pay for a new footrest as it has been at least a month since it went missing, and with him gone I’m sure the search has stopped. He also had some of his personal food and drinks come up missing. Its a shame that the residents that are there. who are on very limited income get their things stolen from this facility.
