It’s a nice place, the staff is good, makes me feel like I am at home, I am comfortable and everybody is nice to me

They’re doing a wonderful job, the team is helping me with therapy, the social worker team is helping me with personal affairs and getting me back on my feet! Everyone is super friendly, my roommate is fun and we get along!

My mother had excellent care. The nursing, therapy, and activities were wonderful and very caring. I highly recommend Sandridge.

NIGHTMARE!! Beware, do not allow your loved ones to get sucked into this hell hole! I was there for three weeks a year ago and would rather DIE than go back!!!!!

I work with Hospice and we love working with Sandridge. They do an amazing job taking care of our patients. The activities director goes above and beyond for the residents. She is always thinking of creative ways to include all residents and make them feel at home. Debbie and the Sandridge team are amazing!!!

My aunt is staying at Sandridge, the nurses taker care of her well and kindly, she has a sweet old lady as a roommate and even with a few hiccups, she is overall happy! We’re grateful with how attentive staff has been so far.

Supportive staff, caring management, and a positive environment for both employees and residents.

They are a joke!!! Avoid at all cost!! They lost our family members clothes & took the snacks we provided. They changed the type of medical device he needs to fit what the facility has on hand instead of what is ordered by the DR. His AHCCS insurance coverage has changed mid treatment to cover the new medical disabilities, so the facility moved him into a back room, stopped all physical/ occupational therapy, stopped all assistance in/out of bed into his wheelchair and decreased daily personal supportive services until the finance office gets the insurance documents in the system. This is week three now and still no physical therepy /rehabilitation training. The case manager & therpy supervisor never answer or return phone calls. Patients are treated like cattle not like human beings.

I love when Cooper, our therapy dog comes and visits. I love activities, very friendly and helpful. Activities visits to our room makes me happy!! Nursing staff I love! Therapy is going very well.

I visit residence at this facility. Under new management so not sure yet how to score them but the staff is great.

The nurses, CNA’s, therapy and all staff are great with me, enabling me to get better to return home. Great care!

Amazing service great customer service

I have no issues with the Rehabilitation Center…I think it’s a great place to get well and back on your feet…so I really enjoy the staffs and the therapists…so yeah…I would recommend the place…

Very nice facility and excellent staff. Good Nurses, Cna’s and the food is good. Would highly recommend Sandridge. Can’t wait be able to work in therapy and attend activities!
